The link below is an Authorization Form that needs to be completed prior for your children to participate in having their information uploaded to Sultaneducation.com's website. Each child will have their own web page that will be updated with their own work.

Please download, print and complete the Authorization form.

Instruction:

1. Click on the Sultan Education Student Enrollment Form link.
2. If prompted for a Network Password, Click Cancel to continue.
3. Go to File and Print.
